Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and commercial advice
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor project performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
- Support cashflow management and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial outcomes
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Proven experience in a finance, commercial, or analytical role
- Experience managing or supporting payroll processes
- Strong financial modelling and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
- Experience within a professional services environment is advantageous
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
