Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift (Lexington, KY)

Looking for a hands-on position where your mechanical skills can make a difference? We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift in Lexington, KY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble industrial equipment using process sheets and work instructions.
• Install components, wiring, and assemblies according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools safely and accurately.
• Perform quality checks to ensure completed assemblies meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience working on automobiles, heavy equipment, farm equipment, or other mechanical systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and process sheets.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring/torque tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on concrete for the duration of the shift.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
