Transformation Support Officer

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Transformation Support Leads to join a nationally significant transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide change initiatives, supporting the successful delivery of strategic outcomes through strong governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and portfolio coordination.



About the Role As a Transformation Support Lead, you will:

• Support the governance, planning, tracking and reporting of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with delivery teams, senior leaders and governance forums to enable successful portfolio outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, presentations and governance documentation for executive stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting artefacts, schedules, roadmaps and performance reporting.
• Support portfolio governance activities, including coordinating meetings, forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor program milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, templates, tools and processes.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Support benefits realisation and performance measurement through the tracking of KPIs and expected outcomes.
• Analyse information and provide insights to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across business and enabling functions to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Promote best practice portfolio and project management approaches and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Criteria for Success To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Experience working in transformation, PMO, portfolio, program or project delivery environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefs and executive documentation.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience supporting governance processes, reporting activities, risk management and delivery oversight.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, learning and innovation.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using reporting, collaboration and project management tools.
• Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach to working in a changing environment.

Mandatory Requirement: Current Baseline Security Clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance may also be required.
