In Australia, Refresco entered the market in 2022 through the acquisition of Tru Blu Beverages, giving it three manufacturing sites (Sydney, Brisbane and Perth), a national distribution network, and a portfolio spanning private label, trade-exclusive brands and names like Pub Squash and Waterfords.
What's the opportunity?
Refresco has created a Commercial Insights Manager role - the first dedicated analytics and insight capability in its Australian commercial team.
This position will see you build the reporting suite that doesn't yet exist: a robust set of self-serve reports that free you up for the analysis that actually moves decisions.
While the role covers the full commercial agenda, a key focus will be supporting category and range reviews with scan-based sales stories, pricing and pack-architecture recommendations, and presenting findings directly to retailers including Woolworths and Coles.
You'll also feed validated insight into the portfolio and NPD agenda, and work closely with the National Business Managers to embed data-led thinking across the commercial team - with real scope to shape what this function becomes.
Just as importantly, you'll be joining a business with a genuinely positive culture. Refresco is an office-based business because that's where the collaboration happens, but it's also pragmatic about flexibility. The focus isn't on clock watching or face time, it's on delivering outcomes. You'll be surrounded by an upbeat, supportive team who enjoy working together, helping each other out and getting things done, making it an office that's genuinely worth travelling to.

In your current role, you'll have:
- 5-10 years in category, commercial insights, analytics or a related commercial function
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel - non-negotiable
- Proficiency with retailer scan data (Woolworths and Coles); broader data-agency experience a plus
- Commercial and financial fluency, with the ability to navigate a P&L
- Experience working with or alongside the retailers, with the credibility to present insight back to them
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a fluid, fast-moving business
