What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate seamlessly with Hardware Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to analyze, map, and refine business processes, translating needs into scalable system solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions using standard functionality, custom configurations, and third-party integrations.
- Lead end-to-end system implementation projects by producing comprehensive requirements documentation, configuration specifications, UAT plans, and issue logs.
- Develop and execute SQL/PL-SQL queries, craft custom reports, and deliver actionable data insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for mission-critical systems, ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing NetSuite ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finance, operations management, and supply chain or manufacturing workflows.
- 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript (SuiteScript preferred), SQL, or comparable scripting languages to develop custom scripts and dynamic reports.
- Expertise in data analysis and management with advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data mapping).
- Solid knowledge of SDLC processes, including system integration and UAT testing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a relevant field.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within the consumer electronics, hardware, or robotics industries.
- Familiarity with hardware product lifecycle management and bill-of-materials (BOM) processes.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse technical and executive stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
- Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
- Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
- Work Authorization: Open to W2 or C2C arrangements
- This position requires the ability to work onsite in San Mateo, CA, with some flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
