We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications / skills / attributes:
- 5-7 years of professional work experience
- Valid New York License in Architecture highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, essential for thriving in a collaborative design team environment.
- The ability to work on projects of various scales, from initial planning to intricate detail design.
- Technical expertise in Revit and proficient hand drawing and writing skills.
- Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, and InDesign, with a proven track record of using these tools effectively in an office setting.
- Experience in managing and coordinating the work of a consultant team.
- A genuine interest in a wide range of building types and settings.
- An understanding of all project phases, from conceptual design through construction.

Duties:
- Collaborate as a vital part of a project team, responsible for the production and coordination of project presentations, design, and working drawings.
- Maintain direct communication with consultants and, under the guidance of senior team members, initiate direct interactions with clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to take on substantial responsibility in efficiently managing a team, including design and consultant teams, while delivering measurable results.
- Actively participate in firmwide management by engaging in committees, presentations, and related assignments.
