We are currently recruiting a **BMS Project Manager (m/w/d)** for a major data centre project in **Helsinki, Finland**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the BMS package from design through installation, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate BMS activities across mechanical, electrical and controls teams.
- Manage BMS subcontractors, vendors and system integrators.
- Monitor programme, progress, quality and technical delivery.
- Coordinate BMS integration with HVAC, cooling and electrical systems.
- Attend project meetings and manage technical coordination.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in BMS, controls or building automation.
- Previous experience as a BMS Project Manager, BMS Package Manager, Controls Manager or similar.
- Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of BMS and controls integration.
- Experience managing subcontractors and specialist vendors.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Engineering / Building Services qualification desirable.
- English essential; Finnish advantageous.
