The CTO will own the technical foundation of a new Irish SAAS Start -up from zero to one.
This person will work directly with the founders to turn the product vision into a real, trusted, scalable and investable SaaS platform for the construction and real estate industry.
The company is building an AI-native construction operating system: a project-scoped platform that can ingest documents, reason across project information, generate cited answers, and support workflows such as RFIs, variation/valuation drafting, project knowledge search, site reporting, document Q&A, approvals, and audit trails.
The CTO’s job is to make sure the company builds the right product, in the right way, with the right team, at the right level of technical ambition.
This is not a purely managerial CTO role. In the first year, the CTO must be close to the code, architecture, team, product, customers and delivery.
The first version of the product needs to produce a sticky product that people would want to pay for and to prove that real construction teams would use it, trust it, and not want to go back to the old way of working.
