Nesco Resource, 14 time winner of the Best in Staffing award, is looking for a Windshield Installer for a reputable West side facility. The hours are 7am-3:30pm M-F and the pay starts at $18/hour.

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team and assist with the installation of windshields and glass components on side-by-side vehicles. Responsibilities

• Install windshields and glass components on side-by-side vehicles.

• Properly prepare vehicle surfaces prior to installation.

• Remove existing glass and adhesive when necessary.

• Apply adhesives, seals, and weatherproofing materials correctly.

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Inspect completed installations to ensure proper fit, alignment, and seal.

• Follow company safety procedures and installation guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Assist other team members with assembly and related shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing automotive glass, windshields, or vehicle components is preferred.

• Mechanical, automotive, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

• Ability to safely lift and handle glass and vehicle components.

• Previous side-by-side/UTV experience is helpful but not required.
