A leading regional manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter o join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Ingleburn. This is a full-time, day, afternoon or night shift position running Monday to Friday.
The role is paying $51 per hour
Morning - 4am - 12pm 12.5% loading
Afternoon 12pm - 8pm - 15% loading
Night shift 8pm-4am - 30% loading

The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment
- This Maintenance Fitter you will carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of machinery
- As the Maintenance Fitter you will carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment
- This Maintenance Fitter will maintain accurate maintenance records
- The Maintenance Fitter will ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Trade qualified Fitter (Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Day, afternoon or night shift hours – Monday to Friday
