Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Associate:

  • Handling complex civil litigation cases at the highest legal level
  • Managing and advising on inquiry proceedings, binding advice, and arbitration procedures
  • Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary environment to provide comprehensive solutions to international and domestic clients
  • Utilizing innovative legal tech platforms to deliver efficient and transparent legal services
  • Driving commercial initiatives and proactively contributing to the strategic growth of the dispute resolution practice

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience within civil litigation
  • Practical experience handling inquiry proceedings, binding advice, and arbitration matters
  • An assertive, resilient personality combined with a strong commercial drive
  • A naturally results-oriented professional who thrives working on top-tier legal matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
