Our client, a leading organization undergoing continued digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead its digital strategy, ecosystem, and transformation agenda.
The role will provide executive leadership in driving digital growth, technology-enabled business transformation, customer experience, data and digital innovation, while ensuring strong alignment between digital initiatives and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's overall digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Drive digital innovation and identify new opportunities to strengthen business growth.
- Lead the development and optimization of the digital ecosystem, platforms, and customer experiences.
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to align digital initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Oversee digital products, channels, data, analytics, and technology-enabled initiatives.
- Establish digital KPIs and monitor the commercial and operational impact of digital investments.
- Identify emerging technologies, AI, automation, and other opportunities to improve business performance.
- Build and lead high-performing digital teams and develop organizational capabilities.
- Manage strategic digital partnerships and key external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective governance, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution of digital initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Digital, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in digital transformation or digital business leadership.
- Proven experience leading digital strategy and transformation at an organizational or enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, data & analytics, technology, AI, and digital business models.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate digital initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
- Experience working closely with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
