Up to $22.55/hour depending on experience

Job Summary
Work closely with Production, Assembly and other departments to ensure the right materials are available at the right time.

Job Duties
Material & Inventory Management

• Pick and issue materials for production work orders based on machine schedules.
• Enter material transactions accurately into the ERP system.
• Stock shelves, move parts and perform bin transfers within the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
• Perform regular cycle counts of barstock, casting and other inventory to support perpetual inventory accuracy.
• Make necessary barstock inventory adjustments following production runs.
• Run picklists for RMAs and return items to the appropriate issued bins.
• Add required information to MFG Status records.

• Pick materials from schedules for all machines and ensure materials are issued correctly in the ERP system.
• Coordinate material flow to the Assembly Department.
• Integrate rush orders and rework items into the material flow according to established work instructions.
• Coordinate customer orders to meet required customer ship dates, including printing and preparing picklists.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Operate the facility's wash system.
• Perform basic stockroom functions, including stocking shelves, organizing materials and moving parts.
• Empty cardboard and recycling bins as needed.
• Perform 5S activities to keep the workplace organized, clean, and efficient.
• Assist with snow and ice mitigation when needed.

• Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, manufacturing, or material-handling environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to learn and use an ERP/inventory management system.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting the broader production team.
• A willingness to learn products, inventory, processes and systems.
• A positive, dependable attitude and a strong work ethic.
