About the role.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers in a contact centre type setting, the majority of these customers will be representatives from small businesses, or some correspondence will be with the general public. 

You’ll engage with clients via phone, email, and web chat, handling order processing, product enquiries, and issue resolution. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.

About you?
  • 1 + years of call centre experience is essential
  • Own transport required – Public transport options are limited - Free Parking Onsite
  • Passionate about customer service and relationship building
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Please note, to be considered this role you must have full working rights in Australia.  Candidates holding student visas or working holiday visas are unable to be considered.  

Please note for this position you are required to complete a police check and attend a short medical prior to commencement (There is no out of pocket cost).
