Duties
In this role you will:

• Lead transactions across M&A and major project deals
• Advise clients on strategic business decisions and commercial opportunities
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts across various industries
• Provide high-level corporate and governance advice
• Support large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects

Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:

• 5+ years post-admission experience, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions
• Exceptional drafting and advisory skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A self-starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and support junior lawyers
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels
• Strategic thinker with well-developed commercial and critical analysis skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
