Job Title:
Senior Project Manager - Pharma, Healthcare, & AI Initiatives

Overview:

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in healthcare, pharma, or related fields
• Proven track record leading technology, data, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI, data privacy, security, and compliance standards
• Expertise in project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot) and their application in project environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams including technical, clinical, regulatory, and vendor partners
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and dependencies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in validated or highly regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory affairs
• Familiarity with AI governance, data governance, and responsible AI principles
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe
• Background in health IT systems, EHR implementations, or healthcare integrations
• Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, or analytics projects in healthcare

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience managing projects in FDA-regulated, validated environments is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to operate in a hybrid or onsite setting (location specifics vary)
• Willingness to adapt AI use cases based on evolving regulatory and operational needs
• Knowledge of AI ethics, prompt management, and human review standards to ensure responsible use of AI tools
