Hours are 6 am – 2:30pm with 15 min paid break at 8-1:15am
30 min lunch at 11:30-12.
Must be dependable and dependably clock in before 6am.

Job Summary:
An Advanced Composite Lamination Technician I is an entry level role and will work with carbon fiber,
fiberglass, Kevlar, and high-modulus composite materials to mold high performance parts. The
Advanced Composite Lamination Technician I will fabricate composite parts using vacuum bagging,
prepreg, and/or vacuum infusion processes with precision and craftsmanship. This position also ensures
required paperwork and documentation is completed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Client-up into molds using pre-impregnated material or apply liquid resin to materials and Client-up into molds.
• Follow written and verbal instructions for materials and orientations during the lamination process.
• Prepare vacuum bags following general bagging and debagging procedures and ensure vacuum integrity.
• Prepare molds for Client-up and maintain mold surface quality.
Education and Experience (required):
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure part conformity and continuous improvement.
• Mechanical skills, upper body strength, and dexterity.
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ability to have good attendance and willingness to learn.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):
• Prior experience in a role dependent on craftsmanship and meeting quality standards.
