This dynamic role blends content creation, real-time community engagement, and on-camera storytelling to launch and grow impactful social channels from the ground up. As the face and voice of the brand, you'll develop compelling content strategies, produce platform-native videos, and foster authentic audience connections across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and more. Your creativity will energize brand growth, capturing cultural trends and translating them into engaging social narratives that resonate and build loyalty in fast-moving digital environments.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a robust portfolio of original, platform-native work
  • Strong proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Skilled in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Plot)
  • Confident on-camera presence and ability to produce self-shot or lo-fi content
  • Exceptional copywriting with adaptable tone, humor, and messaging skills
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, community management, and internet culture
  • Ability to quickly identify trends and leverage cultural moments authentically
  • Experience managing editorial calendars while responding to real-time opportunities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience launching and scaling new brand channels
  • Experience with video editing, voiceovers, and reactive content formats
  • Familiarity with emerging social platforms and tech trends

Preferred Education & Experience:
