Requirements

1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or an administrative customer-facing role
Strong basic Excel skills to update onboarding tracker

Strong written and verbal communication abilities to act as a primary point of contact for candidates moving through the interview process.

Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, coordinating multi-stage interviews, and balancing complex logistics across multiple hiring managers concurrently.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience utilizing Paycom as an Applicant Tracking System.

Background supporting high-volume seasonal hiring cycles, such as summer camp or after-school program recruitment.

We are seeking a highly organized and candidate-centric Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the bridge between initial candidate sourcing and final placement, serving as a primary engine for candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and pipeline progression. You will act as a vital partner to our recruiters and hiring managers, owning the logistical heavy-lifting of the interview process and ensuring that no candidate falls through the cracks during high-volume hiring sprints.
Beyond core logistics, you will be the face of our candidate experience—keeping applicants deeply engaged, answering their process questions, and proactively moving them through the necessary pre-employment stages. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator and scheduling wizard who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, welcoming interview experience.
Responsibilities include: - ???????Candidate outreach, onboarding follow-up, tracker upkeep and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct outreach to candidates and newly hired employees via phone and email to provide onboarding updates and reminders.
- Follow up with employees regarding outstanding compliance requirements, onboarding tasks, and required documentation.
- Cross-reference onboarding, hiring, and compliance trackers to identify missing items and ensure employees remain on track for clearance.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and provide regular status updates on employee onboarding and compliance progress.
