Location: Pirbright, Woking
Salary: £27,820 plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Permanent, Full-Time

Must have a driving licence

We’re looking for a confident and personable Interviewer / Assessor to join a busy recruitment and assessment centre in Pirbright.

You’ll support candidates through a structured assessment process, conducting interviews, reviewing assessment results and helping individuals understand the career opportunities available to them.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct one-to-one interviews and career discussions.
• Deliver cognitive and psychometric assessments.
• Assess candidates against defined criteria.
• Provide clear feedback on assessment outcomes and next steps.
• Produce accurate candidate reports.
• Support candidates throughout the assessment process.
• Undertake overnight chaperone/on-call duties approximately once per week.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confident, personable and able to build rapport.
• Previous interviewing or people-focused experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and IT skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to meet BPSS clearance requirements.

Previous experience in recruitment, interviewing, customer service, contact centres, coaching or other people-focused roles would be particularly relevant.
