We are working with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Trusts & Private Wealth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on high-value, complex and international private wealth matters, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.

The team has an exceptional reputation in the offshore market and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated work, including:

▪️ Complex trust structures

▪️ Estate and succession planning

▪️ Wealth structuring

▪️ Contentious and non-contentious trusts

▪️ Multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters


We are looking for:

🔹 4+PQE

🔹 England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand qualified

🔹 Strong Trusts & Private Wealth experience

🔹 Experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm

🔹 Excellent academics and strong technical ability

🔹 Genuine interest in relocating to Jersey
