The Company:
This organization are a global technology company with its roots out of Australia but has spread across multiple countries and continents. They are looking to hire an IT Support professional that can be the dedicated support function for the external clients of the business.
The Role:
You will be the responsible for all level 1 and 2 support queries that originated form the 20+ accounts that use the company's technology. Typical quires will be focused on the technical windows environment and will include hardware support as well as excellent levels of customer service to the clients.
The position will be working on a 4-day work week with hybrid working to allow you both office based work and remote / WFH.
You will also be asked to do on call weekend work and will be paid on top of your annual salary. You receive a daily on call allowance and any hours worked during the weekend will be paid at 150% of your normal hourly rate.

Key Skills / Experience:
- Technical support experience in an IT focused or core hardware role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and ability to troubleshoot
- Have an Australian permenat working rights and preferably a valid car license
- Quick learner that can pick up new technology
- Solid client facing and customer service skill set
- Fast progression with role and salary increases to quickly move your career upwards
