If you've built a successful career in retail, banking, telecoms, motor sales, recruitment, hospitality or another customer-facing sales role, full training and support will be provided to help you become a qualified Insurance Advisor.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Generating new business while managing renewals and existing accounts.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to policy renewal.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Developing your knowledge through structured training and professional qualifications.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- A passion for helping customers and building long-term relationships.
- A positive, enthusiastic and target-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills.
- Previous insurance experience is an advantage but not essential.
