Reach Truck Operator

Looking for hard working Reach Truck Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity.  Candidates who have great attendance and that meet performance expectations will have an opportunity for growth and raise potential. Warehouse Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities

• Process Repairs - Examine actual items returned vs. customer paperwork (packing slip). Provide repair documentation to tech lab for repair work to begin. Pick-up repaired items in tech room & package for shipment
• Receiving Shipments - Remove packing slip from box and check actual quantity in the box. Get copy of PO from Purchasing/Inventory Manager and write down actual quantity received for each line item then return to Purchasing/Inventory Mgr. Place material received in the correct stocking location. Enter items received by each PO into the system software
• Picking Orders - Review Pick Ticket and remove items from stocking locations by item #.  Review items being shipped for tech room work before shipment. Package and ship items to customers. 4
• Warehouse Maintenance - Sweep the warehouse floor each evening before leaving. Clean and organize work area each evening before leaving.

• Excellent written communication skills, ability to type and compose emails
• Ability to work from a pick sheet & numbers matching to bin location
• Will require standing for 8-10 hours per day

• Must have a minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 30lbs and to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
