About The Role:
- Assisting senior brokers in managing client portfolios and developing tailored insurance solutions.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify insurance products that meet client needs.
- Preparing insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborating with team members to optimise processes and deliver exceptional service.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software
