1st Shift - General Laborer

Working various positions in manufacturing at a cordage company in Spring Lake, working with the textile braiding machines. Key Outcomes: 1. Keep up with the production pace through out the shift 2. Follow all directions from supervisors and leads 3. Wear all personal protective equipment required and work in a safety conscious manner Essential Job Functions: 1. Lifting of 45-60 lbs on a regular basis 2. Ability to work in a steady, medium, to fast pace environment 3. Ability to work a very repetitive task 4. Ability to work in a very physical position 5. Available to work over time (after shift) and on the weekends. Over time is a requirement Skills and Experience: 1. Prior work experience with machine operating 2. Candidate that is bi-lingual is a plus Dress Code: jeans, sweatshirt or t-shirt, work boots or tennis shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs. Ear plugs required around machinery.
