Responsibilities

• Support the management of relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
• Prepare presentation materials, business proposals, and client communications
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
• Track business leads, sales pipelines, and ongoing commercial activities
• Assist with proposal preparation, tender submissions, and business development initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support client projects and business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and market intelligence
• Assist in organizing networking events, industry functions, and client engagement activities
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain business development materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• 1+ year of experience in business development, client services, recruitment, sales support, hospitality, or other customer-facing functions
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-minded, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
