Production Line Operators

Location: Sealy, TX Area

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift: Full-Time | Day & Evening Shifts Available

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring Production Line Operators for a premier food manufacturing facility in the Sealy, TX area. In this role, you will set up, operate, clean, and monitor equipment used for blending, enrobing, and packaging food products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate food processing and packaging machinery according to daily production runs.

  • Sanitation: Teardown, clean, and sanitize equipment between production runs following facility protocols.

  • Quality & Safety: Maintain 100% compliance with GMPs, HACCP standards, and safety procedures. Perform basic sensory checks (visual, taste, smell) to verify product quality.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and QA personnel to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1 years of manufacturing or production experience (Food Processing / Packaging strongly preferred).

  • Strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, basic math) and basic computer literacy.

  • Ability to stand/walk for full shifts, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
