My client, a global manufacturer with over 60 years of industry leadership, is seeking a driven external sales representative to join their collaborative team. Specializing in process instrumentation, they provide cutting-edge solutions across industries, including food & beverage, packaging, mining, water, and more.
The Role:
- Based in Sydney, managing an established territory covering Sydney Metro & North Side.
- Develop new business opportunities, driving sales growth in key industry sectors.
- 90% field-based – engaging directly with clients, showcasing solutions, and closing deals.
- 10% home-based – minimal admin, just processing sales while the internal team handles quotes and support.
- Backed by a highly efficient support system, allowing you to focus on selling.
- The company is open to setting up a work-from-home office to support your role.
About You:
- Proven external sales experience in process instrumentation or a related field.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with industrial clients.
- Experience selling into F&B, mining, water, or similar markets.
- Engineering degree is desirable but not essential – industry knowledge and sales ability are key.
- A self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
