We’re working with a small, tight-knit recruitment firm based in Sydney CBD, that specialises in the education space. They’re now looking to bring on a driven 360 recruiter to help grow the desk.
The Role
- This is a true 360 position — you’ll own the full recruitment cycle from day one.
- Work with warm clients already sitting in the database
- Build new relationships across the education and edtech space
- Manage the full recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers)
- Run your own desk across both clients and candidates
- Focus on long-term partnerships, not just quick wins
What They’re Looking For
- They want someone with a strong sales mindset who knows how to chase and close.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Background in education or edtech is a big plus
- Titles could include BDM, Account Executive, SDR, or similar
- Natural hunter — comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities
- Able to work autonomously in a small team environment
