Conveyancing Clerk

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to work close to home in Ascot Vale and become an integral member of a well established  and highly regarded boutique law firm with an exceptionally friendly and supportive team culture.
 
Working closely with the Principal and the wider team, you'll be responsible for managing conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential, off the plan and commercial matters.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-

• manage conveyancing files from start to finish
• coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
• prepare correspondence and letters
• review contracts 
• liaise with clients and other parties
• associated administration tasks including preparing bills and conducting searches

Skills and experience we'd love:-

• demonstrated experience as a conveyancing clerk in a law firm
• well developed time management skills
• the ability to handle a large volume of files
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• high attention to detail
• proficient MS Office skills
