Customer Service Executive - Manufacturing
Location: Smithfield
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
The Company
Our client is a fast growing, customer focused business operating within the eCommerce and direct-to-consumer space, with a strong presence across Australia. Known for delivering high quality products and exceptional customer experiences, the business continues to expand rapidly in a competitive and evolving market.
With a strong focus on innovation, service excellence, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their Western Sydney team and play a key role in supporting customers and driving engagement.
The Role
Managing end to end customer service across online orders, accounts, subscriptions, and general enquiries
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner
Processing customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
Owning customer issues from initial enquiry through to resolution
Liaising with internal teams including operations, logistics, and sales to resolve delivery or fulfilment issues
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and case management within CRM systems
Supporting the sales function by identifying opportunities and providing customer insights
Managing high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels and prioritising effectively
Ensuring a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service processes
The Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or inside sales role
Experience within eCommerce, retail, or FMCG environments highly regarded
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools
A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
