Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting community engagement initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering a high level of service to members and customers.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Respond to customer and member enquiries via phone and email
- Provide high quality administrative support
- Maintain accurate records and internal databases
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with presentations, meetings, and projects
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and member engagement
- Travel occasionally as required
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, stakeholder engagement, membership services, or a similar role
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- A bubbly, friendly, and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- The ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
