We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established residential aged care facility in Brisbane. About the Role As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring exceptional resident care, compliance, staff engagement, and financial sustainability.

You will work closely with clinical leaders and support teams to create a positive culture and maintain high standards across all aspects of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care facility
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff retention
• Promote a positive, resident-centred culture across the home

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager or senior operational leader within aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Financial and operational management experience
• Relevant qualifications in Nursing, Health Management, or a related discipline
• Current AHPRA registration preferred
