Clinical Nurse - Relocate to Queensland

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a senior nurse looking to step beyond the floor and influence clinical outcomes.

Working closely with the Clinical Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently. You’ll play a key role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care delivery across the home
• Oversee assessments, care planning & documentation
• Manage complex clinical needs including wound care
• Support audits, accreditation & quality initiatives
• Drive infection control and clinical governance standards
• Mentor, coach and support nursing & care teams
• Contribute to education, onboarding and performance development

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
• Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Confident communicator with a team-first approach
• Experience with AutumnCare (desirable)
• Current AHPRA Registration
