The Role
You'll own the end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels, ensuring customer journeys strike the right balance between robust security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and low-friction user experience.
As the primary business product owner for the modern CIAM platform, you'll drive product decisions and governance across login, step-up authentication, account recovery, adaptive/risk-based authentication, passwordless, and biometrics, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams spanning Digital, Engineering, Cyber Security, Fraud, Risk, and Customer Care to standardise reusable authentication capabilities across the enterprise.

The Role

What You'll Bring
- Extensive Product Management or Product Owner experience leading initiatives within CIAM, Digital Identity, Authentication, or Cyber Security domains
- Deep expertise in modern authentication concepts and standards — OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, passwordless, biometrics, risk-based adaptive authentication
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale customer authentication platforms (Ping Identity, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of digital customer journeys, identity lifecycle management, security controls, and fraud risk mitigation
- Experience in large-scale, highly regulated consumer environments (telecommunications or banking) highly desirable
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to align competing business, security, customer experience, and delivery priorities
