About the role:
You'll be working closely with a partner, providing full secretarial and administrative support including:
- Diary management, travel and appointment scheduling
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court/file materials
- Opening and closing matters, electronic and hard copy filing
- End-of-month billing (manageable, well-structured process - something they pride themselves on!)
- Client liaison and ad hoc support
- Property-specific work may include supporting on settlements and title matters
About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally in property or insurance litigation but not a must!
- A genuine career LA, this is a long-term, stable opportunity rather than a stepping stone
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident managing billing, filing and client-facing correspondence
- Comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team structure
