Job description:
- Permanent CSA Supervisor
- Based near Stockholm
- Competitive Salary + Bonus

Requirements & Skills:
- Trade qualified or construction related qualification
- 3+ years of working on largescale projects
- Strong management, time and productivity skills
- Previous Data Centre experience is valued but not necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure works meet programme deadlines.
- Monitor quality, drawings, specifications, and contractor documentation.
- Carry out inspections, manage snagging, and ensure timely close-out.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Track progress, protect finished works, and manage damage notices.
- Attend subcontractor and look-ahead meetings.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, housekeeping, permits, and approved RAMS.
- Participate in daily SPA, DAB, and whiteboard meetings.
