RobLawMax Recruitment is supporting a large-scale gold–copper mining operation in Indonesia as it continues to expand its infrastructure footprint. With major works underway, we are seeking a Senior Manager – Civil Corridor and Earthworks to lead critical delivery packages.

About the Role
You will take ownership of corridor infrastructure delivery, ensuring safe and efficient execution across challenging terrain and complex site conditions.
Key responsibilities:
- Bulk earthworks and access road construction
- Civil works, surveying, and corridor coordination
- Managing design-to-construction transition and constructability
- Contractor management across multiple work fronts
- Driving delivery performance, safety, and quality outcomes
About You
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Significant experience in earthworks, corridor, or large-scale mining/infrastructure delivery
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical and terrain-related risks
- Proven contractor management and site leadership experience
- Indonesian project experience or similar environments highly desirable
- Senior leadership role on a major mining infrastructure project
