What You’ll Do:
- Design end-to-end user experiences that prioritize clarity, security, and efficiency.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and User Research teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate design concepts, customer journeys, and strategic recommendations through compelling presentations and artifacts.
- Support and refine designs based on usability testing, customer feedback, and product analytics before launch.
- Use the Intuit Design System to ensure consistency and quality across all experiences.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of senior-level product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows in identity, onboarding, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify intricate customer journeys into intuitive experiences.
- Proven success in designing across multiple products or shared platforms.
- Skilled in Figma and familiar with AI-assisted design tools like Claude or Cursor.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills, capable of aligning diverse teams.
- Experience working with identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise account systems is highly preferred.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of security, regulatory, or compliance requirements related to identity verification.
- Experience with designing for both web and mobile environments.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used in fintech or enterprise software.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience leading product design initiatives with tangible, end-to-end ownership.
Other Requirements:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week onsite in Mountain View, CA.
- Remote work is not available; on-site presence is essential.
