Hospital Director

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking an experienced Hospital Director to lead the operations and development of one of its hospitals in Central Java.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hospital operations, ensuring effective delivery across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Lead the hospital management team and ensure strong coordination across medical services, nursing, ancillary services, finance, commercial, and supporting functions.
• Develop and execute hospital operational plans in alignment with the Group’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Drive operational performance, service quality, patient experience, efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and BPJS requirements.
• Work closely with Group management to support the hospital’s operational readiness, growth, and continuous development.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, regulators, healthcare partners, and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Medical Doctor (MD) with valid professional credentials.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hospital Director or in a comparable senior hospital leadership position.
• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end hospital operations, including both clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Good understanding of BPJS operations and the Indonesian healthcare regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams directly and translate strategic direction into effective operational execution.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A stable and progressive career track record is highly preferred.
• Agile, practical, and comfortable working in a hands-on and growth-oriented environment.
