Job Title: Packaging & Inspection Associate
Location: Henrietta, NY
Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50/Hour
Shift: 2nd Shift; 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join a manufacturing team in Henrietta, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy a structured, team-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging components to support production and shipping operations while ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and prepare packaging materials according to production specifications.
• Inspect and measure parts using tools such as calipers and tape measures to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack finished products securely for shipment and accurately log all completed work.
• Follow detailed process instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
• Promptly report any product defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Prior manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
