The Role
An excellent opportunity exists for a polished and professional Receptionist to join a busy real estate office. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in reception or administration, who has a genuine interest in property and enjoys being the face of the business. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a positive and professional experience for clients while providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a busy reception desk, welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams
- Maintain client databases and assist with data entry and document preparation
- Ensure the front office and reception area are well presented and organised at all times
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day office operations
- Liaise professionally with internal staff and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a reception or administrative role (essential)
- A genuine interest in real estate and property
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
- A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to work
- Previous exposure to real estate systems (Agentbox, REA Forms, etc.) will be highly regarded but not essential
