Machine Operators- Overnight Shift

Nesco Resource is looking for Overnight Machine Operators located in Danbury, CT. This position is direct hire or temp to perm depending on the candidate.

Position Overview: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, and maintaining machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Pay: $17-$21/Hour depending on experience (Overtime Available)

Shift:
Overnight Shift : 8PM-5AM

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate machines and monitor performance.
• Adjust settings as necessary for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Inspect products for defects.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain records.
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
