Registered Nurse - ICU

About the Role

ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Perth.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a range of ICU settings, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
You will also support clinic operations through involvement in clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will be able to:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and deteriorating patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide support and education to patients and their families
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Recent ICU experience 
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 Year clinical experience post-grad
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Understanding of quality improvement and risk management
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence
