Following a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation, our client is seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead to drive the next critical phase of their journey. With Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll scheduled to go live at the end of November, this is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role and establish a world-class support, optimisation and continuous improvement function.
This is more than a support role. You'll play a pivotal part in transforming a successful project delivery into a sustainable, high-performing BAU and DevOps operating model, ensuring the organisation maximises value from its significant investment in SAP SuccessFactors.
The Opportunity
As the SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead, you will own the post go-live operating model, leading support, governance, release management, vendor engagement and platform optimisation across a complex enterprise environment.
You'll partner with senior business stakeholders, technology leaders and external providers to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable and continuously evolving to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature the SAP SuccessFactors post go-live operating model.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary application support and delivery team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhancement delivery.
- Own biannual SAP SuccessFactors release cycles, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, testing and deployment planning.
- Partner with business leaders to assess, prioritise and deliver platform enhancements.
- Establish and embed DevOps practices, governance frameworks and service management standards.
- Manage key relationships with implementation partners, service providers and vendors.
- Ensure platform stability, compliance, performance and service delivery excellence.
- Build a sustainable operating model that supports long-term business success.
You'll be responsible for supporting and optimising a recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors environment including:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Onboarding
- Time Tracking
- Spinifex
You'll bring:
- Deep SAP SuccessFactors functional and operational leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading post go-live support and optimisation teams.
- Previous success within organisations that have recently completed a SuccessFactors transformation.
- Strong people leadership and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience designing and implementing product-based or DevOps operating models.
- Expertise in release management, governance and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SAP biannual release cycles and feature adoption.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building sustainable support models, governance structures and service management practices.
