Senior Salesforce Developer | Salesforce & Vlocity Specialists Federal Government Client | 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension | Multiple Locations | Baseline Eligible

Are you a Senior Salesforce Developer looking to work on large-scale digital transformation programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians?

Our Federal Government client is seeking experienced Senior Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing delivery team working on enterprise Salesforce solutions. We are interested in both:

• Senior Salesforce Developers (LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex)
• Senior Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio Developers with strong Industry Cloud experience

These roles sit within a major digital transformation program focused on delivering secure, scalable and accessible digital services.

Hybrid arrangements are available with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex and Experience Cloud functionality
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and delivery teams
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and modern integration patterns
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews and release activities
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and automated deployment practices
• Deliver secure, accessible and high-quality digital services
• Support platform governance, coding standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Salesforce Developer Stream We're seeking developers with strong experience across:
Essential Skills

• Enterprise Salesforce development experience
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex development
• Experience Cloud
• Salesforce platform configuration
• REST/SOAP API integrations
• Source control and modern deployment practices
• Agile delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Platform App Builder Certification
• Platform Developer I Certification
• Government or highly regulated environment experience
• Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise
• Accessibility and inclusive design experience

Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio Specialist Stream We are also seeking specialist Salesforce professionals with deep Vlocity/Industry Cloud capability.

• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors
• Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce integrations including REST APIs and Platform Events
• Git-based source control and package-based development

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, frameworks and design patterns

Highly Regarded

• OmniStudio Developer Certification
• Platform Developer I or II Certification
• Atlassian Jira and VS Code experience
• DevOps and CI/CD implementation experience
• Delivery of multiple Salesforce CRM projects in Agile environments
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools
