Apply direct- PDP & LMS coordination — assist with the design, implementation and ongoing management of a SaaS‑based Professional Development Plan and Learning Management System
- Stakeholder engagement — coordinate with internal teams, SaaS providers and project leads to support timelines and deliverables
- Project documentation — maintain project plans, reports, timelines and monitor budget requirements
- Training & support — help develop, deliver and support training for administrators, managers and employees
- Continuous improvement — support enhancements and updates based on user feedback
- Recruitment administration — prepare contract appointment letters, place job ads, schedule interviews and support recruitment processes
- Onboarding support — assist with inductions and onboarding activities
- Complaint intake processing — manage complaint intake using the Resolve system, create TRIM files, prepare correspondence and monitor complaint progress
