CNC Operator Spring Lake, MI, 1st shift, $22.00 per hour Job SummaryAre you an experienced CNC Operator looking for an opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality machined parts while ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process. What You'll Be DoingAs a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include: Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications Making adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency Inspecting finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers In addition, you will also be expected to troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous CNC operating experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment.
