Junior Graphic Designer – Temporary Role

Mayday Recruitment is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a busy, fast-moving creative team based in Rhodes. This is a fantastic stepping-stone role for a junior designer who wants to build real commercial experience in a supportive corporate environment.

About the Role
You’ll join a small, energetic design and marketing team where your work will be seen across multiple brands and live campaigns every day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with plenty of variety - no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for bringing creative assets to life across multiple channels, with your time split across:

• Social media design and content creation
• Out-of-home advertising (signage, print, and campaign assets)
• Resizing and adapting creative across multiple formats and platforms

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, working across different formats, and seeing their work go live in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

• Resizing and adapting images for multiple platforms
• Designing social media tiles and digital content
• Creating signage, documents, and marketing materials
• Supporting general layout and production design tasks
• Handling a high volume of incoming design requests
• Maintaining brand consistency across all assets

About You

• Some experience in graphic design (junior to mid-level ideal)
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team
